These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 766zz ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all activities conducted on the 766zz platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, casino gaming, sports betting, and participation in promotions.

By accessing the 766zz platform — whether on a browser on Android, iPhone, or any other device — you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and that you accept these T&C in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the 766zz platform.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 766zz platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the 766zz platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal incapacity, you are not permitted to use the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 766zz employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list associated with the 766zz platform or any partner responsible gaming programme.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one 766zz account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these T&C and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. 766zz requires:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for account verification and communications.
• A unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth as they appear on your government-issued ID.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.

766zz reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these registration rules, without prior notice and without obligation to return any pending bonus funds. Real-money balances belonging to the verified account holder will be returned following a KYC review.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

766zz supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. Transactions in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) are processed via the following mobile money platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 766zz does not accept cash, cheques, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfers at this time.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the 766zz account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 766zz reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Deposits are credited to your 766zz balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 766zz does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC review if the player has not previously completed identity verification, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set by 766zz's compliance team.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• 766zz processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing time depends on the payment provider and typically completes within 24 hours. 766zz does not charge withdrawal fees on our side.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

766zz offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is fraud and will result in account termination.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is specified in that offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 766zz platform are final once confirmed. The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity:

• Bets placed in error — including incorrect stake amounts entered due to technical issues — may be voided by 766zz at its sole discretion, with the stake returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to match events, data feed issues, or platform maintenance. Bets placed before suspension remain valid unless the market is voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 766zz platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or attempting to register using false or misleading identity information.
• Opening or operating more than one 766zz account, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the platform, including depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents the platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, or sharing information that constitutes match-fixing or insider knowledge in breach of sporting integrity rules.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 766zz content without prior written permission. 9. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. 766zz will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime where reasonable notice was given or where downtime resulted from circumstances beyond 766zz's control.

10. Amendments to These Terms

766zz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 766zz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
